Is there an expiry peeriod for my gift voucher?
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
What can I buy with my gift voucher?
You can use your gift voucher to buy all items available online, except gift vouchers.
Can I get the cash back from my gift voucher?
Sorry, we can’t give you cash for your gift voucher balance. Gift vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash and no change will be given. Gift vouchers can’t be returned or refunded.
How do I get a refund on items purchased with a gift voucher?
If you are returning an item to us, after your item has been received, we will credit the relevant amount back to you by sending you a gift voucher. Cash or credit/debit card alternatives cannot be issued.
Do you send gift vouchers overseas?
As our gift vouchers are digital and sent via email there is no geographic restriction on who can receive them however, we are currently unable to ship orders out of the UK. Please bare this in mind when gifting a voucher.
What are gift vouchers?
Our gift vouchers are electronic gift vouchers that work just like standard (plastic) gift vouchers but they are sent to you by email. They can be used for shopping online at houseofmarleygrey.co.uk
What happens if I enter the wrong email address when purchasing a gift voucher?
Please be extra careful when typing in the recipient’s email address and double check that this is correct as House of Marley Grey will accept no responsibility for errors.
